ABOUT

Inder Preet Singh

Inder Singh builds high-growth products at scale. Across two decades — including three startups of his own — his work has reached billions of people, at companies since acquired by Criteo, Twitter, and Unity. Today, he’s establishing a new category, DomainFi, as Lead Product and Tech at D3.

He began coding at an early age, building his first startup while still in school at the University of Delhi (India). He has an extensive background in AI/ML, finance, advertising, and high performance computing, and did research in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States — work that drew him toward building large scale, low latency systems. He believes in being data driven, and using it to power technology.

At D3, Inder is building Doma Protocol — the first blockchain purpose-built to bring internet infrastructure onchain, starting with the world's domains. The work reunited him with Fred Hsu, with whom he built Manage.com.

Before D3, Inder co-founded Ant Money. He had joined ATM as Head of Engineering after meeting Mike Gleason; together they acquired Blast and built Ant Money — a chapter he has since closed.

Earlier, Inder helped build Manage.com, a SaaS company that helps advertisers maximize their mobile efforts. Before being acquired by Criteo, Manage served 2+ billion users while fielding nearly 1.5M requests a second — personalized machine learning models making a decision for every one of them, choosing content to improve engagement and align with user interests. At Tapjoy (acquired by IronSource, now Unity), Inder's team designed the user identity solution and built Tapjoy's app-to-web strategy from the ground up, delivering nearly a third of all conversions on the platform. At TellApart (acquired by Twitter), he helped build content personalization for users.

Outside the technical realm, Inder enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid biker, hiker, runner, and snowboarder. When not traveling, he can be found on the beach in San Diego or riding his bike in the local mountains.
